Dale Holloway Charged with First Degree Assault Following Incident in Hillsborough County House of Corrections

Concord, NH – Attorney General Gordon J. MacDonald and Manchester Police Chief Carlo Capano announce that Dale Holloway, age 37, has been charged with first degree assault in connection with an incident on Monday, October 21, 2019 at the Hillsborough County House of Corrections.

It is alleged that Mr. Holloway caused serious bodily injury to Michael Davidow causing him to suffer a serious head injury.

Mr. Holloway is expected to be arraigned on October 22, 2019 at 1:30 through the Hillsborough County Superior Court – The charges and allegations are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.Northern District in Manchester, New Hampshire.
