Concord, NH – Deputy Attorney General Jane E. Young, New Hampshire State Police Colonel Christopher J. Wagner, and Goffstown Police Chief Robert Browne announce that an arrest has been made in connection with the death of Sally A. Miller (age 72).

On Friday, June 14, 2019, Goffstown police officers responded to a single-family home in Goffstown to conduct a welfare check on the resident, Sally A. Miller (age 72). After entering the home, officers discovered Ms. Miller deceased. An autopsy later determined that Ms. Miller died as a result of a single gunshot wound and the manner of her death is homicide.

On Sunday, June 16, 2019, Ms. Miller's daughter, Jennifer Clow (age 49), was arrested in Naples, Florida on a fugitive from justice charge. That charge is based on an arrest warrant that had been issued on June 15, 2019, charging Ms. Clow with alternative counts of knowing and reckless second-degree murder for causing the death of her mother, Sally A. Miller.

Ms. Clow is being held in Florida awaiting arraignment on June 17, 2019. Authorities will then seek her extradition to New Hampshire to face the murder charges.

The charges and allegations are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
