Concord, NH - New Hampshire Attorney General Gordon J. MacDonald, New Hampshire State Police Colonel Christopher J. Wagner, and Lebanon Police Chief Richard R. Mello announce that the investigation remains ongoing into the death of an adult female on January 27, 2019 at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center where she was receiving medical attention.

The investigation is continuing in order to determine the circumstances surrounding the patient's death.  In order to maintain privacy, the patient's identity will not be released at this time.

There is no evidence to suggest that there is a threat to the general public. Additional information will be released as it becomes available.
