Suspicious Death Investigation in Rochester, New Hampshire

Concord, NH – New Hampshire Attorney General Gordon J. MacDonald and Rochester Police Chief Paul Toussaint announce that an investigation is ongoing into the suspicious death of an adult female in Rochester.

At around midnight, Rochester Police received a call reporting an open storage unit at Rochester Self Storage on South Main Street. When police responded they discovered the deceased, Jessica Purslow, age 45, inside the open storage unit. An autopsy is expected later today to determine the exact cause and manner of her death.

The incident is still under investigation. Anyone who was in the area of Rochester Self Storage this weekend or who has any information regarding this incident to include the recent whereabouts and activities of Ms. Purslow is asked to contact Detective Pat Emerson at the Rochester Police Department at (603) 330-7128.
