Concord, NH – Attorney General Gordon J. MacDonald announces that a press briefing will be held on Thursday, October 4, 2018, at 1:00 p.m. at the Council Chambers at Rochester City Hall.

Senior Assistant Attorney General Peter Hinckley of the Criminal Bureau will present the findings regarding the officer-involved shooting that took place on August 20, 2018, in Rochester, in which Douglas Heath was fatally shot. The briefing will include police and private citizen video recordings of the armed encounter between Douglas Heath and law enforcement.

Following the presentation, a copy of the final report and the video recordings will be available in person and on the New Hampshire Department of Justice website, www.doj.nh.gov.
