Autopsy Results for Justin Lee

New Hampshire Attorney General Gordon J. MacDonald and Manchester Police Chief Carlo Capano announce autopsy results for Justin Lee, age 32.

Manchester Police officers found Justin Lee suffering from a gunshot wound in the area of Hanover and Lincoln Streets just before 11:00 a.m. on September 7, 2018. Lee was transported to Elliott Hospital where he later died. A warrant has been issued for Paul Dimick for the murder of Justin Lee.

On September 8, 2018, an autopsy was performed on Justin Lee by Chief Medical Examiner Jennie V. Duval. Dr. Duval determined the cause of death to be a single gunshot wound to the chest and the manner of death is homicide.

Paul Dimick remains at large. Dimick is considered armed and dangerous and should not be approached. Anyone with any information about the whereabouts of Paul Dimick should contact Det.
