New Hampshire Attorney General Gordon J. MacDonald, New Hampshire State Police Colonel Christopher J. Wagner, and Berlin Police Chief Peter Morency announce that an autopsy was performed this morning on Angie Bisson by Chief Medical Examiner Jennie V. Duval. Dr. Duval determined that Ms. Bisson’s cause of death was a single gunshot wound to the head, and the manner of death was homicide.

Late last night, the sole suspect in Ms. Bisson’s death, her husband Denis Bisson, was found deceased in Rumford, Maine, from an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound. The investigation is continuing.
