Indictment of Travis Frink for the Murder of Pamela Ferriere

New Hampshire Attorney General Gordon J. MacDonald, State Police Colonel Christopher J. Wagner, and Lebanon Police Chief Richard R. Mello announce the indictment of Travis Frink, formerly of Warwick, Rhode Island, for First-Degree Murder and Reckless Second-Degree Murder for causing the death of his mother, Pamela Ferriere, on September 12, 2017 in the intensive care unit of the Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon, New Hampshire.

Mr. Frink has been indicted for First-Degree Murder for purposely causing the death of Pamela Ferrier by shooting her multiple times.  Mr. Frink has also been indicted on an additional alternative count of Second-Degree Murder for recklessly causing the death of Pamela Ferriere, under circumstances manifesting an extreme indifference to the value of human life, by shooting her multiple times.

Mr. Frink's arraignment on the charges is scheduled for January 16, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. at the Grafton County Superior Court.

The charges and allegations in the indictments are merely accusations and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
