Arrest of Adam Colon of Lebanon, NH, for Conspiracy to Sell and Possession with Intent to Sell Heroin; Seizure of Approximately 230 Doses of Heroin

Attorney General Gordon MacDonald, Lebanon Police Chief Richard Mello and Hartford, Vermont Police Chief Phillip Kasten announce that a joint investigation of the New Hampshire Attorney General's Drug Task Force, Lebanon Police Department and Hartford VT Police Department resulted in the arrest of Adam Colon, 27, of Lebanon, NH, shortly before midnight on November 30, 2017.

During the execution of a search warrant of Colon's apartment, members of the Lebanon Police Department Tactical and Containment Team seized cash and approximately 230 doses of a controlled drug believed to be heroin. Colon has been charged with conspiracy to sell heroin and possession with the intent to sell heroin. His arraignment on these charges is scheduled to take place on December 18, 2017 in the Grafton County Superior Court.

The investigation is ongoing.

The charges and allegations are merely accusations and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
