New Hampshire Attorney General Gordon J. MacDonald and Concord Police Chief Bradley C. Osgood announce the indictment of Daswan Jette, formerly of Concord, New Hampshire, for First-Degree Murder and Reckless Second-Degree Murder for causing the death of Sabrina Galusha on May 30, 2017 in Concord.

Mr. Jette has been indicted for First-Degree Murder for knowingly causing the death of Sabrina Galusha by stabbing her after, while engaged in the commission of, or while attempting to commit robbery while armed with a deadly weapon, the death being caused by the use of such weapon. Mr. Jette has also been indicted on an additional alternative count of Second-Degree Murder for recklessly causing the death of Sabrina Galusha under circumstances manifesting an extreme indifference to the value of human life by stabbing her.

The charges and allegations in the indictments are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
