Attorney General Gordon J. MacDonald, New Hampshire Police Colonel Christopher J. Wagner, and Franklin Police Chief David B. Goldstein announce that further information is available regarding the untimely death investigation in Franklin, New Hampshire.

Richard R. Tripaldi, II (age 26), of Franklin, New Hampshire, was arrested earlier today and charged with alternate counts of knowing and reckless second-degree murder for causing the death of James Brock (age 24), formerly of Jackson, Mississippi.

Tripaldi is expected to be arraigned on the charges on Thursday, August 3, 2017 at the Merrimack County Superior Court.

The investigation remains active and ongoing.
