Arraignment of Richard Tripaldi in connection with the death of James Brock in Franklin, New Hampshire

Attorney General Gordon J. MacDonald, New Hampshire Police Colonel Christopher J. Wagner and Franklin Police Chief David B. Goldstein announce that Richard Tripaldi (age 26) will be arraigned at 1:00 p.m. today in Merrimack County Superior Court on alternate counts of knowing and reckless second-degree murder for causing the death of James Brock (age 25) in Franklin, New Hampshire.
