Arrest of Kelly Flanagan (AKA Kelly Silva) for Selling the Drug that Caused the Death of David Gross in Somersworth on October 4, 2016

New Hampshire Attorney General Gordon J. MacDonald and Somersworth Police Chief David Kretschmar announce the arrest of Kelly Flanagan (AKA Kelly Silva), age 38, formerly of Somersworth, for selling David Gross the fentanyl that caused his death on October 4, 2016. This charge carries a maximum sentence of life in prison with the possibility of parole.

After Gross's death, the Somersworth Police Department, with the assistance of the Drug Enforcement Administration, began an investigation which identified Flanagan as the source of the fatal dose of fentanyl. Today, Flanagan was extradited from Massachusetts and was formally arrested by members of the Somersworth Police Department. She is scheduled to be arraigned in Strafford Superior Court at 1:00 PM on Monday, April 24.
