New Hampshire Attorney General Joseph A. Foster and Manchester Police Chief Enoch Willard announce that an arrest has been made for the murder of Richard Carlson (age 61).

Jonathan Bijeol (age 34) has been arrested and charged with one count of Second Degree Murder, RSA 630:1-b,I(b), for recklessly causing the death of Richard Carlson, under circumstances manifesting an extreme indifference to the value of human life, by striking Richard Carlson repeatedly in the head, face, neck, and upper torso areas. Mr. Carlson was found deceased in Prout Park, Manchester, on August 28, 2016.

Jonathan Bijeol will be arraigned on the morning of Monday, January 30, 2017, at the 9th Circuit - District Division Court in Manchester, New Hampshire.
