Two Arrests Made in Connection with Littleton Murder on May 27, 2016

New Hampshire Attorney General Joseph A. Foster, New Hampshire State Police Colonel Robert C. Quinn, and Littleton Police Chief Paul Smith announce that arrests have been made in connection with the murder of Robert Pierog (22) in Littleton, New Hampshire on May 27, 2016. Damion Yeargle (21) of Littleton, New Hampshire, was arrested and charged with one count of First-Degree Murder for purposely causing the death of Mr. Pierog by shooting him multiple times. Quade Kadle (18) of Jefferson, New Hampshire was also arrested and charged with one count of Accomplice to First Degree Murder.

The homicide investigation began on Friday, May 27, 2016, when the Littleton Police responded to an emergency call at 124 West Main Street, Apartment 5, at approximately 10:30 p.m. After police arrived, they found Mr. Pierog outside of the residence suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

An autopsy was conducted on Mr. Pierog on May 28, 2016, and Chief Medical Examiner Dr. Thomas A. Andrew has determined the cause of Robert Pierog's death was multiple gunshot wounds, and his manner of death was homicide.

It is expected that Mr. Yeargle and Mr. Kadle will be arraigned on the murder charges on Tuesday, May 31, 2016.
