Attorney General Joseph A. Foster, New Hampshire State Police Colonel Robert L. Quinn, and Londonderry Police Chief William R. Hart, announce that further information is available regarding a homicide investigation in Londonderry, New Hampshire.

A short time ago, authorities were advised that Richard R. Verville (age 71), the suspect in the homicide in Londonderry yesterday has passed away at a Massachusetts Hospital. An autopsy will be conducted by the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner in Massachusetts to determine his cause and manner of death.

The investigation is still ongoing.
