Timothy J. Morrissey, LNA

The New Hampshire Board of Nursing ("Board") has permanently revoked Timothy Morrissey's nursing assistant license.

The Board's action is in response to a complaint received from Bel-Air Nursing and Rehabilitation Center alleging that Mr. Morrissey sexually assaulted an elderly resident who suffers from Alzheimer's disease and Dementia.

On November 5, 2015, the Board suspended Mr. Morrissey's LNA license on an emergency basis and scheduled a hearing for November 19, 2015. Mr. Morrissey failed to appear for his hearing before the Board. After hearing testimony from an eye-witness and the nurse on duty at the time of the incident, the Board voted to permanently revoke Mr. Morrissey's license and assessed a fine of $2,000.
