Attorney General Joseph A. Foster announces that the plea and sentencing hearing has been rescheduled for October 23, 2015 at 1:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. on October 26, 2015, at the Grafton County Superior Court in the matter of the State of New Hampshire v. Michael Millette. Michael Millette was indicted by the Grafton County Grand Jury on June 19, 2015, on Sale of a Controlled Drug (Fentanyl)-Death Resulting, Possession of a Controlled Drug with Intent to Sell, and multiple counts of Sale of a Controlled Drug.
