Autopsy results of Murder/Suicide in Exeter, New Hampshire on July 7, 2015

New Hampshire Attorney General Joseph A. Foster, State Police Colonel Robert L. Quinn, and Exeter Police Chief Richard Kane announce that additional information is available regarding the murder/suicide in Exeter, New Hampshire on July 7, 2015.

Dr. Thomas A. Andrew, the State's Chief Medical Examiner, has determined that Jennifer Noll's cause of death was one gunshot to her head, and the manner of death is homicide. Dr. Andrew also determined that Richard Sanderson's cause of death was a single gunshot wound through his mouth, and the manner of death is suicide.

Based on the investigation to date, it is believed that Richard Sanderson shot and killed Jennifer Noll, after which he committed suicide. The investigation is still ongoing.
