Autopsy Results in Murder-Suicide in Lincoln, NH

New Hampshire Attorney General Joseph A. Foster, State Police Colonel Robert L. Quinn, and Lincoln Police Chief Ted Smith announce that autopsies have been completed on the deceased male and female discovered at 58 Easterly Road, Unit 1, in Lincoln, New Hampshire on Saturday.

The two individuals have been identified as Douglas Marsden, age 48, of Lincoln, New Hampshire, and Taylor Lessard, age 26, of Manchester, New Hampshire.

Chief Medical Examiner Dr. Thomas A. Andrew has determined the cause of Douglas Marsden's death was a single gunshot wound, and his manner of death was suicide. Dr. Andrew also determined that the cause of Taylor Lessard's death was multiple gunshot wounds, and the manner of death was homicide.

The investigation into the circumstances surrounding the deaths is ongoing.
