Barrington Murder/Suicide Investigation

New Hampshire Attorney General Joseph A. Foster, New Hampshire State Police Colonel Robert L. Quinn, and Barrington Police Chief Richard Conway announce that the Chief Medical Examiner, Dr. Thomas Andrew, has completed the autopsies on the bodies of two people found deceased in a residence in the Town of Barrington on Saturday, March 29, 2014.

The bodies have been identified as those of Pauline Grassett, age 44, and Glenn Grassett, age 61, who lived at 60 Layne Farm Road in Barrington. Dr. Andrew has concluded that Glenn Grassett shot his wife, Pauline multiple times. Her death has been ruled a homicide. Glenn Grassett shot himself once in the head. His death has been ruled a suicide. The weapon, a Glock 9 mm, was recovered at the scene.
