Indictment of Christopher Antonio Guzman De Los Santos and Kelvin Diolisel Lopez Perez on Drug Charges

Concord, NH – Attorney General John M. Formella announces that the Merrimack County Grand Jury has returned indictments against Christopher Antonio Guzman De Los Santos and Kelvin Diolisel Lopez Perez related to drug trafficking activity in Concord, NH.

Mr. Guzman De Los Santos (age 23) is charged with seven counts of sale of a controlled drug for the sale of large quantities of fentanyl and/or methamphetamine to an undercover officer in Concord, New Hampshire. He is also charged with possession of methamphetamine with intent to sell, and felonious use of a firearm, for allegedly having a quantity of methamphetamine and a firearm on his person at the time of his arrest.

Mr. Lopez Perez (age 28) is charged with four counts of accomplice to the sale of a controlled drug, for acting in concert with Mr. Guzman in relation to the sale of fentanyl and/or methamphetamine.

Additionally, both Mr. Guzman De Los Santos and Mr. Lopez Perez are charged with conspiracy to sell a controlled drug. Both individuals are held without bail.

The charges and allegations against Mr. Guzman De Los Santos and Mr. Lopez Perez are merely accusations, and they are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
