The law is constantly evolving and changing. The New Hampshire Right-to-Know statute has undergone a number of legislative changes and a number of significant Supreme Court opinions regarding RSA 91-A have been issued since this memo was drafted. As such, some advice in this 2015 memorandum may be out-of-date. The New Hampshire Department of Justice anticipates issuing an updated Memorandum on New Hampshire’s Right-to Know Law by March 1, 2024.
