On November 24, 2021, The Prospect-Woodward Home d/b/a Hillside Village filed a notice of a proposed transaction between The Prospect-Woodward Home d/b/a Hillside Village and Covenant Living of Keene. Pursuant to RSA 7:19-b, the Charitable Trusts Unit must review the proposed transaction and issue a report on or before May 23, 2022.
