On June 23, 2021, Indian Stream Health Center filed a notice of a proposed transaction between Indian Stream Health Center and Upper Connecticut Valley Hospital. Pursuant to RSA 7:19-b, on October 25, 2021, the Director of Charitable Trusts issued a report on the proposed transaction. See below.
