Pending Health Care Transactions

The Charitable Trusts Unit reviews acquisition transactions involving health care organizations in New Hampshire. Pursuant to RSA7:19-b, the organizations must file a notice together with relevant documents. The Director of Charitable Trusts may then make seek further information from the organizations. The notices, relevant documents and other information received relating to pending transactions will be posted on this page.

Home Health & Hospice Care and SolutionHealth

On August 10, 2021, Home Health & Hospice Care filed a notice of a proposed transaction between Home Health & Hospice Care and SolutionHealth. Pursuant to RSA 7:19-b, the Charitable Trusts Unit must review the proposed transaction and issue a report on or before February 6, 2022. Persons interested in commenting on the transaction may do so by writing to or to Director of Charitable Trusts, 33 Capitol St, Concord, NH 03301. A public hearing regarding the transaction is scheduled for Thursday, November 18, 2021, at 4:00 pm at the Courtyard by Marriott, 2200 Southwood Drive, Nashua, New Hampshire. At the request of the health care institutions, attendees will be required to wear masks and practice social distancing regardless of vaccination status.

The public may also participate in the public hearing remotely through videoconferencing. Instructions on how to participate remotely will be posted here.
