GraniteOne Health/Dartmouth-Hitchcock Health

On December 30, 2019, GraniteOne Health filed a notice of a proposed transaction between GraniteOne Health, the corporate co-member of Catholic Medical Center, and the sole corporate member of Huggins Hospital and Monadnock Community Hospital, plus some related entities, and Dartmouth-Hitchcock Health. Pursuant to RSA 7:19-b, the Charitable Trusts Unit must review the proposed transaction and issue a report. Persons interested in commenting on the transaction may do so by writing to charitabletrusts2@doj.nh.gov or to Director of Charitable Trusts, 33 Capitol St, Concord, NH 03301. Due to the Governor's Emergency Order #29, deadlines have been suspended. When the state of emergency is lifted, within 60 days thereafter public hearings will take place and a report issued. Notice will be posted on this web page.

Public hearings will take place on March 30, 2020 at 4:30 PM at Manchester Memorial High School; April 1, 2020 at 4 PM at Contoocook Valley High School, Peterborough; and April 6, 2020 at 4 PM at Kingswood Regional High School, Wolfeboro.
