- The Office of Justice Programs (OJP) of the United States Department of Justice provides innovative leadership to federal, state, local, and tribal justice systems, by disseminating state-of-the art knowledge and practices across America, and providing grants for the implementation of these crime fighting strategies.
- The Office of the Chief Financial Officer provides policy guidance, control and support services to OJP's Program Offices and Bureaus in the areas of grants, accounting and financial management, and provides technical assistance and training to OJP grantees. The OFCO Financial Guide is to serve as the primary reference for financial management and grants administration.
- The Grants Management System (GMS) is the venue used by the NHDOJ, and all direct grantees of OJP, to apply for grants and to complete all reporting requirements in order to manage the funds in compliance with the US Department of Justice guidelines.
