Requirements of Applicants

  • Under federal rules, applicants will be required to obtain a DUNS number.
    • Please visit the Dun and Bradstreet Web site for details on how to obtain a DUNS number. Obtain a number by calling 1-866-705-5711 or by applying online.
      • Applicants will need to have a DUNS number in order to receive an award, however they need not have one prior to submitting an application.
      • Applicants should, however, begin the process for obtaining a DUNS number contemporaneous with their submission of an application to this office.
  • Under federal rules, applicants will also be required to register with the Central Contractor Registry (CCR).
    • Details on how to register may be found on the Central Contractor Registry.
      • Applicants will need to have completed the Central Contractor Registry process in order to receive an award, however they need not have one prior to submitting an application.
      • Applicants should, however, begin the CCR registration process contemporaneous with their submission of an application to this office.
