On Monday August 31, 2009, Attorney General Michael A. Delaney obtained an order against Precision Technology, Inc., and two of its officers prohibiting them from transferring any of their assets pending further hearing.
Precision Technology closed its doors on Friday without notice to its employees and failed to make its payroll. The Attorney General filed a petition with the Merrimack County Superior Court to begin a dissolution of the company. He sought immediate protection of the assets to attempt to stop further loss of company assets that might be valuable for payment of workers’ claims.
