Attorney General Kelly A. Ayotte reports today that Allen Farrell, 27 years old, from Manchester, New Hampshire, pled guilty in Hillsborough County North Superior Court to one count of possession of a controlled drug with intent to sell, subsequent offense. Farrell was sentenced to 10-20 years in the New Hampshire State Prison for possessing greater than 5 ounces of cocaine.

Farrell was arrested on February 23, 2006, in Manchester, by his parole officer, following a routine home visit. At the time of his arrest, Farrell was out on parole for a 2001 drug conviction involving a conspiracy to distribute crack cocaine. This case was investigated by the New Hampshire Department of Corrections, Field Services Division of Probation/Parole.
