New Hampshire Attorney General Joseph A. Foster and Manchester Police Chief David J. Mara, announce that an arrest has been made in connection with the homicide of Daniel Langlois (age 25), which occurred in Manchester, New Hampshire, on December 27, 2012.
Jesus "Scoobie" Fernandez (age 27), of Manchester, New Hampshire was arrested this evening and charged with Reckless Second-Degree Murder for causing the death of Daniel Langlois by shooting him with a handgun.
Mr. Fernandez's arraignment on the murder charge is expected to take place tomorrow at the 9th Circuit Court - District Division - Manchester District Court.
In addition to the work done on this case by the New Hampshire Attorney General's Office and the Manchester Police Department, significant assistance was also received from the United States Attorney's Office for the District of New Hampshire.
