Arrest Made in May 2013 Double-Murder in Belmont, NH

New Hampshire Attorney General Joseph A. Foster, State Police Colonel Robert L. Quinn, and Belmont Police Chief Mark Lewandoski, announce that Shawn Carter (age 31) of Belmont, New Hampshire was arrested today and charged with second-degree murder for causing the deaths of his mother, Priscilla Carter (age 59), and his brother Timothy Carter (age 39), on or about May 23/24, 2013, at 20 Sunset Drive, in Belmont, New Hampshire.

Shawn Carter's arraignment on the murder charges is expected to take place tomorrow morning at the 4th Circuit - District Division - Laconia District Court in Laconia, New Hampshire.
