New Hampshire Attorney General Michael A. Delaney, New Hampshire State Police Colonel Robert Quinn, and Lancaster Police Chief William H. Colborn announce that the Attorney General's Office and the New Hampshire State Police have completed the investigation into the circumstances of the murder of David Collins of Lancaster, the presumed suicide of Gene Sly of Lancaster, and the death of a woman presumed to be Elena Sly of Lancaster, all of which occurred on April 17, 2012.
