Attorney General Michael A. Delaney announces that the New Hampshire Board of Pharmacy ("Board") has suspended the license of pharmacist Bruce R. Kline, age 58, of Mansfield, Massachusetts, effective January 18, 2013.
The Board's action is in response to Mr. Kline's Massachusetts pharmacist license being voluntarily surrendered following his employment termination for diversion and pending criminal charges, which consist of domestic assault and battery, assault and battery with a deadly weapon and witness intimidation.
On January 18, 2013, the Board issued an Order of Emergency Suspension and Notice of Hearing. The order suspended Mr. Kline's license to practice pharmacy in New Hampshire immediately. A Board hearing is currently scheduled for 8:00 a.m. on January 31, 2013, for the purpose of determining whether Mr. Kline's license will remain suspended during the course of the on-going investigation.
