Attorney General Michael A. Delaney and Nashua Police Chief John J. Seusing announce that an autopsy has been conducted on Judith Rolfe (age 66), who died on January 19, 2013. The cause of Ms. Rolfe's death was multiple blunt impact injuries to her head, and the manner of her death has been declared a homicide.
Duane Rolfe (age 65), Judith Rolfe's brother, has been arrested and charged with second-degree murder for killing Judith Rolfe. The defendant's probable cause hearing has been scheduled for January 29, 2013, in the Nashua District Court.
