Attorney General Michael A. Delaney and Nashua Police Chief John J. Seusing announce that law enforcement authorities are investigating a shooting incident that occurred in the area of One Salvail Court. An adult male was shot during the incident; his identity is being withheld pending notification of family members.

The investigation is still ongoing. The Nashua Police Department is requesting the public's assistance in locating individuals who have been identified as potential witnesses to the shooting incident. Those individuals are:

Daniel DeGrace
31 years old
White male, 6'6", 280 pounds, blue eyes, brown hair

Benjamin Mayberry
30 years old
White male, 5'11" tall, 155 pounds, blue eyes, brown hair

Mr. DeGrace and Mr. Mayberry are believed to be operating a 1995 Toyota Avalon, beige in color, New Hampshire license plate number 3293905.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Mr. DeGrace, Mr. Mayberry, and/or the vehicle should immediately contact their local police department or the Nashua Police Department at (603) 594-3500. The public is advised not to approach these people or the vehicle, as they may be armed and dangerous.
