Attorney General Michael Delaney announces that at the request of Catherine George, RN, the New Hampshire Board of Nursing ("Board") has continued the November 2, 2012 Emergency Suspension Hearing. The emergency suspension, effective October 23, 2012, was in response to questions surrounding the October 9, 2012 death of Ms. George's brother-in-law, Randall Percival, of Raymond, New Hampshire.

A new hearing date has not yet been set. Ms. George's license to practice registered nursing remains suspended pending a future hearing before the Board.
