New Hampshire Attorney General Michael A. Delaney and Manchester Police Chief David J. Mara announce that the person of interest, 29 year old Evan Smith, who was being sought in connection with the shooting incident that occurred on Hevey Street in Manchester today has been located. The public need no longer to be concerned with attempting to locate this individual.

The investigation into the suspicious death is ongoing.
