Attorney General Michael A. Delaney and New Hampshire State Police Colonel Robert Quinn announce further developments in yesterday's officer involved shooting incident in Litchfield, New Hampshire.

The adult male who was shot on the front porch of a residence off of Page Road in Litchfield has been positively identified as Jason Lagueux, age 35, of Litchfield. New Hampshire's Chief Medical Examiner, Dr. Thomas A. Andrew, completed an autopsy of Jason Lagueux this morning, and determined that the cause of death was due to a single gunshot wound to the back that perforated Mr. Lagueux's right lung. The manner of death was determined to be a homicide.

The investigation into the circumstances that led to Mr. Lagueux's death is ongoing.
