Plea and Sentencing Scheduled in State v. Trevor Ferguson

Attorney General Michael A. Delaney announces that a plea and sentencing hearing is scheduled for 8:45 a.m. on June 12, 2012, at the Carroll County Superior Court in the matter of the State of New Hampshire v. Trevor Ferguson. Trevor Ferguson was arrested on May 11, 2011, for conspiring to rob Krista Dittmeyer.
