New Hampshire Attorney General Michael A. Delaney announces that the autopsy has been completed on the victim in the murder, which occurred in Grantham, New Hampshire on April 26, 2012.

Dr. Jennie V. Duval, the State's Deputy Chief Medical Examiner has determined that Natalie Perriello's cause of death was multiple gunshot wounds to the head. The manner of her death is homicide.

The victim's husband, James W. Perriello, has been arrested and charged with Second-Degree Murder for causing her death. His probable cause hearing is scheduled for Tuesday, May 8, 2012, at 10:30 a.m. in the Newport District Court.
