In addition to executing a search warrant at Cullen Mutrie's 517 Post Road residence on April 12, 2012, the police also had a warrant for the arrest of Brittany Tibbetts for her January 30, 2012, sale of oxycodone hydrochloride pills to a confidential informant working for the Drug Task Force. Tibbetts made the unlawful sale at the Post Road residence. Below is a link to a copy of the complaint, arrest warrant and supporting affidavit for request to issue arrest warrant.

Given that the law enforcement community will be paying their final respects to Chief Maloney tomorrow and will be participating in Chief Maloney's funeral on Thursday, no further press releases or briefings are anticipated until Friday, April 20, 2012.
