Attorney General Michael A. Delaney, New Hampshire State Police Colonel Robert Quinn and Greenland Police Chief Tara Laurent announce that the autopsy has been completed on Cullen Mutrie. Chief Medical Examiner Thomas Andrew concluded that Mutrie's cause of death was a gun shot wound to the head and has ruled the manner of death to be a suicide. Mutrie also sustained a bullet graze wound to his arm. The female located at the 517 Post Road address has been identified as Brittany Tibbetts (age 26). Deputy Chief Medical Examiner Jennie Duval concluded that Tibbetts's cause of death was a gun shot would to the head and has ruled the manner of death to be a homicide. Tibbetts did not have any further wounds.
