New Hampshire Attorney General Michael A. Delaney, New Hampshire State Police Colonel Robert L. Quinn, and Claremont Police Chief Alexander W. Scott announce that additional details are available in regard to the homicide of Arthur Desilets on April 7, 2012.

Deputy Chief Medical Examiner, Dr. Jennie V. Duval, performed an autopsy on Arthur Desilets on Monday, April 9, 2012. The cause of death was determined to be multiple blunt impact injuries. The manner of death has been ruled a homicide.

The defendant was arraigned on Monday, April 9, 2012. Bail was set at $250,000 cash. The probable cause hearing is scheduled for Monday, April 16, 2012, at 2:00 p.m. at the Claremont District Court.
