New Hampshire Attorney General Michael A. Delaney, Colonel Robert Quinn of the New Hampshire State Police, and Raymond Police Chief, David T. Salois, announce that Damien J. Tisbert, 20 years old, of 14 Epping Street, Raymond, NH was arrested today in Manchester, NH and charged with Second Degree Murder for causing the death of Robert Scott Dickinson on March 25, 2012. Robert "Scott" Dickinson, 50 years old, of 14 Floral Avenue, Raymond, New Hampshire, was found dead in his home just after 6:00 pm on March 25, 2012.

An arraignment is scheduled for Damien Tisbert on March 27, 2012, at 11:00 AM, at the Exeter District Court in Brentwood, NH.

The Chief Medical Examiner, Dr. Thomas Andrew, is expected to perform an autopsy tomorrow to determine the cause and manner of Mr. Dickinson's death.

The investigation is continuing.
