Arraignment on December 25, 2011 Homicide in Dover, New Hampshire
State v. Jessica Rivera Padilla

New Hampshire Attorney General Michael A. Delaney announces that there has been a change in the location for today's arraignment for State v. Jessica Rivera Padilla.

Jessica Rivera Padilla will be arraigned at the Rochester District Court this morning, not the Dover District Court as previously thought. The arraignment is scheduled for 10:30 a.m. on the Manslaughter charge.
