Attorney General Michael A. Delaney, Colonel Robert Quinn, and Deerfield Police Chief Michael Greeley announce that an investigation is ongoing into the homicide in the Town of Deerfield, New Hampshire. Jeffrey Cook, 55, has been arrested on a Second degree Murder charge. The name of the victim is being withheld at this juncture pending the notification of the next of kin. An arraignment is anticipated to occur in the 10th Circuit - District Division - Candia Court later today.
