Attorney General Michael A. Delaney, New Hampshire State Police Colonel Robert Quinn, and Plymouth Police Chief Steven Temperino announce that they are investigating the homicide of John Labbe (age 54) in Plymouth, New Hampshire. Labbe was found deceased in a building on his 761 Texas Hill Road, Plymouth, New Hampshire property on September 8, 2011. Dr. Thomas Andrew, Chief Medical Examiner, conducted an autopsy on Mr. Labbe today and ruled the manner of death a homicide as the result of gunshot wounds.
