New Hampshire Attorney General Michael A. Delaney announces that additional information is available regarding a homicide that occurred in Manchester, New Hampshire yesterday.
On Sunday, July 17, 2011, at approximately 2:52 a.m., Manchester police officers responded to a shooting incident at the corner of Ferry Street and South Main Street in Manchester. When officers arrived they discovered an adult male, dead in the street. That adult male has been identified as Pablo Samniego (age 21) of Second Street in Manchester.
The State's Chief Medical Examiner, Dr. Thomas A. Andrew, performed an autopsy on Mr. Samniego and determined his cause of death as a single gunshot wound to the head and the manner of death as homicide.
No one has been arrested yet in connection with the shooting. The police are still looking for two people and the vehicle involved in the incident. The vehicle is described as a dark colored Hyundai automobile with a chrome grill and a baby seat inside. The two people inside the vehicle were a black adult male and a white adult female, with blonde hair. Both are described as having thin builds. The black male was last seen with a handgun.
